Use of Services : Scentsational Fragrances provides users with convenient access to a wide array of high-quality fragrances through our 24/7 vending machine service. Accessing and using these services signifies your acceptance to abide by all rules, guidelines, policies, and terms outlined here. Miss use of our machines or website will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.
Payment Terms All transactions conducted via our vending machines are processed securely. Scentsational Fragrances reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Refund Policy: All sales made through our vending machines are final. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products; however, should you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance within 72 hours of purchase.

No Liability
By purchasing and/or using a product from this machine, you agree that the owner/operator is not responsible for:
Any injury, illness, or medical condition arising from use.
Any damage to clothing, personal belongings, or surroundings caused by fragrance products.
The owner/operator’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the cost of the product purchased.
Proper Use
Products are intended for external use only.
Do not ingest, spray in eyes, or use on broken/damaged skin.
Keep out of reach of children.

REFUND ( Purchased Machine Only )
8-Day Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is allowed up to 8 days before the purchased equipment’s shipping is set to begin, after that there will be a fee.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation made within the 8-day period is resulting in $700 CAD fee deducted from the total amount paid.
How to Cancel:
Provide clear instructions to cancel your order, whether it's through a phone call, email, or contac us form.
Refund Process:
Refund will be issued within 14 days from the cancellation notice given.
14-Day Return Policy:
You may return your item within 14 days, even if it has been opened for inspection. To receive a full refund, the item must be in new, resaleable condition. This means it must remain unused, kept in its original packaging, and returned with all included accessories.
If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of delivery, just contact us.
